As well as our sourdough bread we also prepare an ever-changing selection of pastries using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.
Shortening food supply chains is what we're all about here - we source our dairy from the Isle of Wight and our eggs from the New Forest. We work closely with our fruit and veg suppliers to make sure our offering is as seasonal and locally sourced as possible.
We have also developed a seriously good vegan offering sweet and savoury pastries, cakes and cookies - we're always playing about with the balance of vegan to non-vegan but in January the bakery we always go completely vegan and our treats were enjoyed by all and at Christmas we veganise our entire menu for one day so nobody misses out.
